A Mind, Body, Spirit Cancer Survivorship Program Open to All

The Above+Beyond Cancer Optimal Living program is open weekly to cancer survivors, caregivers and anyone who has been touched by cancer.

Patients and physicians know that strengthening one’s mind, body and spirit plays an essential role in cancer treatment. Our survivorship program offers a wide variety of programs led by medical staff, certified instructors, ranging from indoor cycling, yoga, small group personal training, individual coaching, water-therapy, and our signature mindful meditation.

All cancer programs and classes are free to YMCA members. Cancer patients and survivors may sign up for a 12-week YMCA scholarship at either the Wellmark YMCA in downtown Des Moines, or through A+BC. For more information contact call Renee at 515-512-9225 or email renee.allard@my-chp.com Medical referrals can be faxed to 515-512-9186.
