Our Optimal Living Program and Hotel Program are free to cancer survivors.
Our Optimal Living program is also open to caregivers and the community. Cancer survivors may receive a 12-week YMCA scholarship to MercyOne Health & Fitness or Trail Point scholarship after a doctor’s referral.

Optimal Living Program
Class Continuum
Our classes range from low to high in terms of effort and impact. Your certified cancer trainer will work with your and your provider to place you classes most appropriate to your recovery and abilities. This list is our regularly occurring classes with special classes offered throughout the year.
