    Mind | Body | Spirit Wellness Programs

    Our Optimal Living Program offers a wide variety of evidence-based programs. The programs are led by medical staff and certified instructors, and they include indoor cycling, yoga, small group personal training, Tai Chi, individual coaching, pole walking, and more.

    Transformational Journey

    Each year, we lead a group of cancer survivors, caregivers and supporters on a truly, life-changing journey. We’ve traveled to Mt. Kilimanjaro, Utah, Machu Picchu, Mt. Everest, Nepal and more since 2011. The application to join a journey opens in late winter each year.

Ready to Get Started?

Our Optimal Living Program and Hotel Program are free to cancer survivors.
Our Optimal Living program is also open to caregivers and the community. Cancer survivors may receive a 12-week YMCA scholarship to MercyOne Health & Fitness or Trail Point scholarship after a doctor’s referral.
